Each season, YCL works with dedicated staff and volunteers that desire to see God’s people come to know Him. When you drive onto the grounds, you will see staff and volunteers alike doing all sorts of things to help people reach Christ. Mowing grass, planning games and activities, preaching, teaching, leading worship, driving a tractor, lifeguarding, serving on the board of directors, preparing a meal, cleaning, and answering phones are just a few ways staff and volunteers use their gifts to further God’s kingdom. YCL staff and volunteers truly know what true Christian servanthood is really all about and they show it in everything they do!
